Portmellon Cove Guest House is on the Cornish Riviera - the south coast
of Cornwall, near St Austell.

Travelling by car from east of Exeter, it is easiest to
use the A30 Trunk road to enter Cornwall. After
Bodmin, turn left onto the A391 - sign posted
St Austell - at Innis Downs' roundabout.
Follow the A391 towards
St Austell. The A391
joins the A390 at the
bottom of the hill.
Turn right at the
Traffic Lights. Continue
along the A390, passing ASDA, and
turn left at the double roundabout onto
the B3273 - sign posted Mevagissey.

After 4 miles, you will pass Pentewan Beach. Continue to the top of the hill and continue into the village of Mevagissey. Drive through the narrow streets passing the Ship Inn on your right as you go up Polkirt Hill. Continue up the hill and then turn left down to Portmellon Cove passing the Rising Sun Inn on your right, turn immediately right onto Portmellon Park. Turn first right again and you'll find our entrance (number 121) a short way up on the right-hand side with lots of parking space.
