Portmellon Beach is a small beach in a sheltered cove just half a mile from the centre of Mevagissey. It is a very quiet beach where you can relax during hot days or just go for a stroll out to the waves. There is a slipway for launching small boats.
When the tide is high there is no sand to be seen and sitting on the side of the beach is The Rising Sun Pub where you can enjoy sitting on the beach wall during the summer watching the day go by…
